      Pros

      The work is exciting, ever changing and challenging. No two days are the same and there are always new challenges to work on. The Leadership team are extremely supportive of development and career growth - we have access to lots of resources and supported to achieve qualifications. We recently as a company were invited to Atlanta which was a great experience to meet our colleagues and senior management.

      Hard to think of any at this time.

      Pros

      Its my first job as a TPM where there is so much clarity on what I must work on and what my deliverables are. Else I was only blessed with ambiguity in my past life.

      Cons

      Short term visibility on what next is quite good, but some work on long term might help. Unclear what exactly is the future state going to look and feel like.
