      Good technology stack Great Peers

      Cons

      This company was excellent a few years ago, but things have changed since the new CXO team took over. The engineering organization, in particular, has developed a toxic culture—full-time employees are being replaced by contractors, heavily influenced by the CTO. As a result, full-time staff often feel like they are working for a contractor firm, with little decision-making power. The focus is now purely on business, with ethics taking a backseat in the engineering organization

      Pros

      - Salary: They pay good salary , but not competitive compared to other product base company . You can say it is standard - Technology stack - You get a good technology stack to play around and learn

      Cons

      - No vision : Only top leaders talk about vision but you will not see that with mid-management. Everyone has their own perspective - Job Safety: Anytime you can get fired , no matter how you have contributed - Favoritism: You will find this when you stay for more than 2 years - Career : Their products are matured ,so you do not find more scope here - Growth: Very rare . If you have a good manager who can help you showing that work at the upper level , only then your contribution will be paid off
