      The work place is really diverse and you will meet lot of friendly employees,Flexible schedule, Unlimited PTO, good health plan and benefits.

      salaries are low. Limited resources for developing the business.

      Pros

      Fun place to work. It was a MUCH better company before their current investors got involved. They used to bring in everyone from every office twice a year for a week of meetings and team building events. It was a great place to learn and they really invested in their own people. They're a company who looks to promote from within. The owner is serious about work but he created a really great work atmosphere.

      Cons

      The pay is about average and their investors (K1) have made it a less fun place to work.
