Flexibility with work home life. Some down time between contracts but extremely busy 11 months out of the year.

Cons

Deadline driven and can expect overtime to complete jobs. Contact changes in procedures. New hires be warned.

- Solid benefits and compensation - Good work-life balance for those not in leadership roles - Product is in-demand and the outlook for the business is good

Cons

- Most projects tend to be slow-moving. Everything gets caught up in approvals and the structure is incredibly bureaucratic - Culture is very disjointed from several mergers - Limited upward mobility, rarely promote from within - Staff is overwhelmingly white, and there are little to no efforts to change that. Most of the leadership is also white and male
