Pros

Unlimited vacation time (don't use too much of it) Reimbursement for gym or massage $75 monthly Many coworkers are nice to work with.

Cons

Micromanagement is out of control. There are random goals that appear quarter after quarter to appease new leadership. Their goal is to make it look like a proper company like Oracle, Apple etc. Behind the scenes it is anything but cohesive. Everything is Band-Aided together as the CSM's try to give a seamless appearance to the clients. There is only so much that you we can do when other teams are short staffed, and priorities keep changing.

Thank you for sharing your input. We understand that you've experienced challenges, particularly around management practices and shifting priorities. At the beginning of each year, our leadership team sets core objectives that will help us meet our goals – these do not change throughout the year. Team and individual annual goals should all be directly connected to those core company goals. We encourage you to work closely with your manager if you feel your daily activities and priorities are not aligned with the goals of the organization. We are disheartened to hear your comments about the annual review and exit interview processes. Smarsh is committed to creating a pay for performance culture focused on rewarding achievement of company business objectives and individual performance. We also aim to gather feedback on a regular basis from both current and exiting employees in an effort to enhance our culture. We value your feedback, and you have any further thoughts or would like to discuss your concerns in more detail, we encourage you to reach out to your manager or HR Business Partner.
