Pros
You can see the growth happening in all departments. Over a year ago it seems like everyone was of the same tenure and experience but now there is more and more employees that have made it past the first year itch, making the tenure of the staff that much more important. With tenure comes knowledge around the products and services we sell and support. The learning curve is still longer then I think we would like but we can see that time and effort has been put into focusing on this. There have been some recent changes across the leadership teams and even thou its been stated that these have been voluntary, I am sure must would agree that it was positive change.
Cons
Still don’t have true measurements as a company to determine the success at an individual, team, or department level. Seems like we are always talking sales numbers but we do more than just sell. We spent time at the end of last year discussing these and I think management has been base lining performance so maybe it’s just waiting till 2Q to get them out. What was discussed made sense and you can see the ground work is being laid out so I am sure it will be soon.
