      Good benefits, pay and programs.

      Cons

      Upper leadership is clueless, stretches people too thin, lots of nepotism and playing favorites. They talk a lot about their culture, but its more of a 'toxic positivity' mindset. They cant keep leaders or high performers due to this poor management. K1 (The company that owns smarsh) makes knee jerk decisions based on who they like, rather than competency.

      I have an amazing team, I have excellent support, and I am proud of my brand. I love my job and have recommended many professional's I have worked with in the past to join different Smarsh teams. I am excited to continue to grow my career here at Smarsh.
