Pros
This is a great company that is making waves in the health care field, they do not require much direct experience and you will learn a lot in regards to health care and you will be compensated.
Cons
The main issue comes into play with the codebase and resources, there is basically no training other than to give a brief overview of what the company does and what the coding practices and requirements are. Beyond that there is basically no documentation of their codebase to general functionality for self learning and only tribal knowledge. You will have to ask someone to run you through the functionality or only follow the code base line by line to be able to understand any functionality.
