Management works with you closely. I have been working here for 4 months now and have seen great dedication towards employee. I believe they will have more success in years to come.The best thing about the organization they hear you. They try to fullest to hear your concerns and address them timely.
Cons
No organization is 100% with pros. There are few cons always when it is a new company. But they will overcome them soon.
