Pros

If you're ready to work 24/7, then join that company. They have conducted massive layoffs, haven't given raises in the last four years, and have deducted 20% from employees' salaries. It's a highly toxic environment.

Cons

1. Unfair Work Arrangement: It's strictly 5 days working from the office for most employees, especially in the mobile team. Meanwhile, those who constantly flatter their managers are granted work-from-home privileges, clearly reflecting biased treatment. 2. Unpredictable Appraisals: The appraisal cycle is a joke—there’s no fixed timeline. Appraisals are often delayed for years (3–4 years in some cases), and the process lacks transparency and fairness. 3. Unjustified Pay Cuts: This year, employees faced pay cuts of up to 35% for six continuous months, with no proper explanation or recovery. Cost-cutting reached absurd levels, with even toilet tissue, spoons, and plates removed from the cafeteria. 4. Biased Parking Policy: Parking isn’t available for everyone. A few “favorites” or long-timers get free slots, while others are forced to pay ₹5000/month for basic parking facilities. 5. Delayed Salary Payments: Salaries are released only on the 7th of every month, and if it falls on a weekend, the payment gets pushed further—completely disregarding employees' financial needs. 6. Non-Functional HR: The HR team is completely powerless. Salary packages and critical decisions are taken directly by team managers or directors, making HR a mere formality. 7. Frequent Layoffs: Large-scale firings happened both last year and at the beginning of this year. They can fire you at any time, regardless of your performance. Loyalty and hard work don’t count—favoritism decides your survival. 8. No Work-Life Balance: Be prepared for long working hours, no overtime pay, no onsite opportunities, and absolutely no remote work unless you’re in your manager's good books. Some employees are forced to work even on weekends without recognition or compensation. 9. Severe Resource Crunch: It’s common for a single person to handle 8–9 projects simultaneously, leading to burnout and unrealistic expectations. 10. Operates Like a 'Lala Company': The management style is outdated and unprofessional, with decisions often based on personal bias rather than performance or merit. 11. Manipulated Reviews: Don’t trust all positive reviews here—they’re often written by management to neutralize genuine employee concerns. 12. Toxic Politics: Team politics between managers and directors is at its worst. Employees who refuse to indulge in flattery are isolated, mistreated in meetings, and burdened with unmanageable workloads—while favorites enjoy relaxed roles and lenient treatment. 13. This is not a professional or growth-oriented organization. The environment is toxic, discriminatory, and emotionally draining. Unless you’re ready to play office politics and sacrifice your peace of mind, stay away from this company. 14. Toxic Notice Period Practices: During the notice period, some managers threaten employees by saying things like “We’ll ruin your future,” or “We’ll add negative remarks in your experience letter so you won’t get hired elsewhere.” This is a highly unethical and mentally stressful tactic used to suppress employee voices.
