I worked as Product Analyst in Emobility team . The company culture is heavily political and biased. Developers have little to no value here — their efforts and skills are consistently ignored. Managers openly favor those who engage in gossip, favoritism, and personal relationships, while genuine hard work goes unnoticed. In the product team, coordination is extremely poor. The product analyst I worked with lacked the required knowledge and professionalism, yet was still considered a “good performer” only because of biased relationships and favoritism, rather than actual capability. Most of the time, the focus is on personal bonding and unnecessary distractions instead of real work. No matter how skilled you are, you cannot grow in such an environment. This toxic culture rewards politics and personal relationships over genuine performance.
