      Pros

      Dynamic company with lot of potential. New technology strategy and direction with the services offering. Transparent team with access to all levels of management. Don't believe in hierarchy and multiple levels of management.

      Cons

      Moves too fast with technology. Provides learning curve but not the right place for people not ready to adopt new technology or change with times or direct interaction with management.
