      Pros

      Worked for more than 3 years. Good company to work for. Management team is very open, transparent and accessible. They will support you with any new ideas.

      Cons

      They hired some amateur employees in India office. Some in sales and some developers.

      Own your responsibilities, not micro managed, behave like a leader and think creatively, so many resources available for support and troubleshooting, very collaborative, ideas and innovations are welcomed, smart CEO with a transparent vision, great culture .

      cons can be found in any company but friendly environment makeup for it.
