Pros

The atmosphere and culture is very relaxed; which can be great for those that struggle with stress or anxiety. Management has a strong respect for mental health and work-life balance. The projects have a wide diversity and demand a "jack of all trades" from their engineers. It keeps things interesting.

Cons

Management is very laissez-faire and not great about setting expectations.

A lot of the projects are already established which means there's not much work with new technologies (Angular, Node, etc.)
