Easy-going environment, Flexible schedule, and nice coworkers.

Cons

The employee discount was around 10% but you need your manager to set it up. Seasonal promotions for employees are available through the app, but you usually don't find out about it until a coworker or manager tells you about it. Customers get mad at you because you can't give them digital coupons or are upset that they need an account to access those coupons.
