      Depending on who you have as co-workers or managers, your experience will always vary, but I was very fortunate to have a nice working environment.

      You get a tiny bit of work experience

      Cons

      The salary is pretty much lower than Macdonald's starting pay, and the work is tough. Most Mgrs are morons. And don't have a clue as to how to manage anything. Many spend their time playing the lotto machine in the store. instead of taking care of business. You could be one of the best employees the company has, and spend years not going anywhere. Don't waste your time.
