No pro they are on your butt for everything and it's still is not enough. I hate this job u are always pulled from your departments

Cons

Pay is not good at all and they expect so much from you for minimum wage. They ride your back all the time. U learn to hate is job fast.

It's a great starter job or job to have if you are getting back into the work force.

Cons

Too many to list, poor management, no room to reason with anyone, high expectations that cant be met, etc. Pay does not equate to the amount of work and or hours an employee puts in. Have to pull teeth for a good rate of pay.
