They at least pay you some horrible amount. That's about the only pro I can legitimately see in working with this company.

Cons

Terrible management. Ridiculous perspective of how high expectations should be met. Too much to list all cons, but this company needs a serious wake-up call.

This job, is the perfect job for a high school or college student. Being part time, your hours can be flexible to your schooling. Typical job details include, pushing carts, clean up, and doing returns. At the age of 18 or higher, you will be able to do more. Eventually you will be able to move up and work on registers or a backup for a department.

Cons

Poor organizations of employees on days of work can lead to a lot of stress to the store employees currently working or scheduled that day. Poor low hours (depends on location)
