      Management in title only - lots of manual labor but good pay

      Pros

      Ability to work your way up rapidly with plenty of hands on opportunities and areas to train and develop associates and interact closely with customers and vendors.

      Cons

      The mostly hourly job duties that comprise the mgmt position grew daily for mgmt while payroll shrunk making customer service a daily challenge as well as maintaining store standards.

      Pros

      The pay is pretty good in the long run. Company is growing with lots of new stores building and lots of remodels taking place. That means there is a lot of room for growth. Raises every certain number of hour. Managers can work with your schedule.

      Cons

      Compensation for part time associates is not that great. The longer you are with the company the better your pay will get.
