      Very nice working with staff and Customers.

      Former employees that been in Smart and Final make you fell uncontrollable coming from teh out side to work for.

      Pros

      Co workers are usually pretty cool. It can be a great place to work if you have the right managers.

      Cons

      For most, it takes a very long time to move up. the people that usually move up are the ones that kiss a little ass. the company looks for any excuse to not pay you overtime. raises only come every 1000 hours and are usually about $.30-.80 an hour.

      Pros

      Getting paid a good amount for a decent amount of work. Benefits even for those that are part time and a good opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      Sometimes management sets unreasonable goals to accomplish. Some managers are far less fair than others and favortisim runs rampant
