Honestly you get what you put in here. If you're willing to put in extra hours and work through lunch you'll get some great career experience. However it won't be compensated or rewarded. Great place to get some good resume bullets

Growing pains and slow to promote

Pros

SmartAsset is place where you can work on multiple projects and take on more responsibility during your time at the company.

Cons

Unfortunately, SmartAsset's promotion and compensation schedule rarely keeps up with hard workers who continue to take on more projects that support company goals. HR additionally struggles with organization and timeliness.

Great co-workers, quality product, managers are good but seem overwhelmed.

Cons

Poor training, too many reps sharing the same leads calling over and over, the sales process is terrible and they don’t seem interested in fixing it.
