Fully remote, monthly meal stipend for restaurants, room for growth within the company, leadership is transparent about monthly goals and what their expectations for each team are. Managers do not micromanage their team members and their schedules and are available if you need help/support. People who work here are very professional, intelligent, and knowledgeable about the digital marketing industry.

Cons

Although there is a team goal everyone is working towards, you might feel a bit isolated from your team members because you manage your work individually. Depending on your personality this may serve as a pro or a con.

Difficult to get meaningful raises unless there is a promotion.
