*Helpful managers- wether it’d be you need help with mindset or restarting your sales process managers are always open to helping. * Super approachable top performers who are always willing to take from their day to help you and aren’t scared to share their tips and tricks * Constant trainings- Company monthly has multiple trainings to help are reps across the board * Company transparency- There aren’t many hidden things. Weekly company wide meetings with everyone in the org including the CEO to explains changes and what’s happening. * Great inclusion and motivation even in a work environment

Cons

Only cons are if you don’t work hard or try you won’t succeed not just in this job or any job. Some issues as a developing company and developing our process but not too crazy

Cons

-reps are not equipped with good enough technology to do their jobs -systems can be a bit overwhelming for a new hire -benefits not as good as they should be with all of the recent growth -No office yet
