Pros
They cater lunch 3 times a week and place a strong emphasis on inclusive culture. You also get out of work early on Fridays. Managers are driven and always looking to receive feedback so they can make everyone happier.
Cons
there’s a lot of moving parts and at times there feels like a lack of structure. But if you work at any startup you will have a similar experience and that’s the expectation you should set regardless of where you end up.
