Great people to work with, but leadership is clueless

The actual ICs you work with are talented, and friendly,

Cons

Management, and this comes from the CEO down, impose silly expectations on teams across all departments, which leads to burnout and employee churn. Also, their compensation philosophy is "we will do a market analysis to raise comp", wait a long time for a recession, and then say "we can't do raises because of the macro environment".

-Healthcare - remote environment - free Grubhub -stipend Fitness reimbursement -peer interaction -monthly contests /opportunities to win weekly contests

Cons

-Managers micromanage at the wrong time -show minimal empathy & appreciation during stressed times -Allowing blatant lateness from reps and minimal discipline -Management at times under qualified to lead other adults -Terrible inter sales department communication leading to poor customer service in real time -Outdated internal systems
