- Autonomy (Managers don’t micromanage) - Ability to contribute meaningfully to a product and company - Coworkers are generally smart, amiable, and helpful

Cons

- Compensation is not competitive - Compounding that is annual pay increases are overly limited - your real wages will generally decline vs. inflation unless you are promoted - HR provides little useful support when situations require

SA tries hard, that is obvious. Managers care, Leadership is as transparent as they can be. They are always open to feedback

Cons

Benefits could be better. Med/Dent is good, 401k is not great ( no match). Pay is competitive.
