Work from home with a great base pay, and uncapped commissions. Unmatched sales training from day one. Interview/hiring process was seamless and informative.

Not being able to meet in person weekly with co-workers

-Easy onboarding process with a great training curriculum. - Smart/motivated people throughout the organization. - Compensation and benefits are on the higher end of competitive -Customer Obsessed - Customers are the center of every discussion and decision. -Great products, #1 in the space -Top notch training- SA invests a lot in new employees to ensure they have an understanding of the products and best way to serve their customers. Leadership gives you the time to complete the training with no distractions. -High-caliber workforce/ employees Based off my experinece with last companies, I have never been happier waking up everyday coming to this job and I am grateful to say I love my career.

Cons

- Absolutely need to be self motivated and sufficient, especially early on. There's a ramp up period which ramps up quick, be self sufficiency in important here.
