Pros
- If you're a top performer you have the ability to make a lot of money with the company. Plenty of leads to go around but it does require actually working hard especially when you're starting out and building pipeline. - They hire from within which is huge- out of the 5 managers, 4 were previous AEs. This to me is huge because you have a lot more respect for a manager knowing they've sold this product before and been in the trenches with you. - They listen to surveys and implement changes - Growth opportunity based on work ethic and performance rather than politics - Good LDP program
Cons
It's pretty hard to think of a con since most cons have recently been fixed!
