      Pros

      -True remote work environment (no sneaky RTO like other tech companies) -Generally good work-life balance -Smart, scrappy and personable coworkers -Down to earth leadership that advocates for their team

      -Feels like we rely on quick workarounds to reach short term goals too often -Lack of investment into better tools and tech that would benefit employees and customers

      Real Impact, Clear Vision, Room to Grow

      Pros

      - No micromanagement, plenty of trust and autonomy - Remote-first company - Clear company goals that are easy to get behind - Cross-department collaboration with real impact - Supportive, friendly team culture

      Cons

      - Fast pace can sometimes feel a bit hectic and requires an ad-hoc mindset - Being fully remote means communication across departments needs to be especially clear and coordinated, especially when many moving parts are involved - Processes are still evolving as the company grows - Health insurance premiums keep rising yearly, and the 401K match could be more competitive

      Pros

      This role is for salespeople that want to win. Full sales cycle, no relying on SDRs so you're qualifying your own meetings. Lots of money to be made. If you build a robust pipeline, you should have no problem hitting your OTE. Ongoing enablement in product knowledge and sales techniques specific to the industry you're selling in to. The roadmap to success is clear. Perform at a high level and you're promoted. Senior leadership listens and actually makes changes to improve the culture here for the team, not just the bottom line. Equity comes with offer letter.

      Cons

      No in person gatherings, but they do a good job creating culture while fully remote. No Presidents Club. No opportunity to purchase additional shares unless promoted.
