Cutting edge, Innovate, fast moving well on the path of becoming world known. Catered lunch 3 times a week Good benifits Great people within the orginization, you will make life-long relationships

Cons

Its a starting and cutting edge with that comes situations that need development. Commission structure could stand to be tweeked in my opinion. Sales people should be able to build a book and maintain them. Outside sales consultant would also be a game changer, my opinion. SmartAsset can be a household name in my opinion, it was very hard to leave. Im sure I will hear great things about them.

Interesting & challenging work, transparent & fun office culture, regular updates on what other departments are up to so you know exactly how you fit into the puzzle at the company. Company is constantly growing and evolving, making for a dynamic experience. Lots of great perks (eg free lunch several times a week, happy hours, clubs & sports, bonuses & rewards, etc.). Thorough training and on-boarding process allows you to feel welcomed into the company and hit the ground running right away

Great Culture! Great Product! Supportive Management! It's hard work like any growth company, but management is super transparent and makes the work environment fun and interesting. They do a great job of onboarding and training new employees. Lunch catered 3 days a week.
