      Cons

      It's hard to find stellar high-performing contributors that fit in with the existing aligned company culture, subsequently, not everyone succeeds in that environment.

      A Fish Rots from the Head Down

      Pros

      The office is in a cool area and lunch is catered 3x a week. Those are the only pros.

      Cons

      This company is unfortunatly plagued with, from my experience, a very toxic culture. The CEO is a very imposing figure whom I have wittnessed publically belittle employees on several occasions. Every department is at the mercy of his moods and often, it is hard to get anything accomplished because of this. Upper Management (especially in the sales and account management departments) has a habit of gaslighting their underlings because they are fearful of becoming subject to one of the CEO's temper. This whole dynamic is not sustainable and makes for a really uncomfortable atmosphere. My own experience at this company as a female in sales was truly awful, I am so happy that I'll never have to go there again.

      Pros

      Great leadership, collaborative work environment (co-workers are friendly and willing to help), wonderful benefits (401k match, 3x catered lunch, Friday tastings, etc.), smart people, and great training from some of the teams, passionate people who care about the company and products

      Cons

      Still a startup vibe so there still continues to be come growing pains, especially since the company grew to almost 150 within a relatively short time, so a good number of people are pretty new.
