Pros

Smartasset was such a great experience that I will never forget. From day one I was welcomed with open arms and was never left in the dust. Whenever there was something I did not know how to do, anyone and everyone was willing to help out. Going into the internship I had little to no experience but with the help of the amazing staff I was able to learn so much so fast and I will use this knowledge not only for my future career but, in my daily life as well. Smartasset is such a great company and I encourage anyone to try for the opportunity.

Cons

I can not think of many cons through my experience but if I had to say one thing I'd say that I wish I had more to do some days. Smartasset's internship program is in its early stages and I know it is only uphill from here.

I love the transparency with the company, every Monday we get to hear from senior leadership all across the company on what is happening with our business. Overall they really do care about employees and the mission is something you can get behind. The company was able to stay relevant during the past year because of their mission and the work they do to help people
