      Pros

      The people st SmartAsset are awesome-smart, hardworking, and down to earth. The products that were built and the content that was created was A++. Great at hiring super talented people. The products they create are very innovative. Excellent technology and very nimble.

      Cons

      They are building so fast that it's not always easy to hire the perfect candidates as fast as we would have liked. But we were super picky about who could do the job and fit into our culture.

      Pros

      I truly enjoyed working at SmartAsset and thought the culture was uplifting, innovative, refreshing, and supportive. We really operated as a team and benefited immensely from the start up culture, working closely with one another. Some specific perks were happy hours, catered lunches, and organizing group events to attend as a company. The employees at SmartAsset are highly intelligent, highly experienced individuals who are committed to creating a positive and productive environment.

      Cons

      When I was working there, there were fewer employees then there are today, and occasionally certain individuals were wearing too many hats and certain responsibilities were delegated incorrectly.
