      Lack of Perks, Non-Competitive Salary, and unresponsive HR

      Pros

      - The perks they offer in the form of educational reimbursement and medical/401k are decent but for the most part industry standard. - Flexible work environment.

      Cons

      - Promotions and compensation bonuses are incredibly rare with many celebratory meetings but no actual promotions to show employee appreciation that matters. - Despite being 100% WFH for over a year, SA has been slow to adapt in-person activities to a WFH environment where other companies have refined the way they transition in-person events to a virtual landscape. - Retention is incredibly poor, especially on the tech side where there is already a shortage of hands. - HR struggles with organization and fail to coordinate events in a timely manner.
