Pros
In the 20+ years since I've been working in an Inside Sales / Account Manager capacity, never before have I had the good fortune to work in an environment where I genuinely cared for and trusted so many people at once! The culture is comprised of smart, hardworking people, who tend to be both humble and dedicated...and this is reflected in an atmosphere of camaraderie, mutual support...and zero gossip/drama/backstabbing. It has been an absolute pleasure to represent this company and its products and services. Leaving was not an easy decision, but I am deeply grateful for the support and encouragement of my peers and management alike. On a practical level - great benefits, fair wages and an effort on the part of the Management team to host various social events wherein employees can relax and enjoy a bit of play time together.
Cons
I would say that SmartDraw's culture is largely a hardworking one. Although there is ample opportunity for work/life balance...people who fit best here are those who are focused, dedicated and adaptable. If that's you...then this is a great place to gain some chops in the company of great people.

Pros
Quiet work atmosphere, very collegiate. Company sales and performance are viewable by all.
Cons
Product is behind the times. Management refused to come up with an Apple version or an online version and have been passed by competitors. A product that was once quick and easy to use and responsive to user feedback has become glitchy and buggy, saddled with onerous licensing and subjecting users to endless marketing spam.
