These people don't have even the basic decency to give an employee a notice period before laying him off.Just tell him a few days before that he will be laid off. They have MINIMAL clients and minimal opportunities. Just don't go by their marketing team. They don't give you any feedback after client interviews. But they are quick to ask you the questions that were asked during the interview. This is a true BODY SHOPPING firm.Even when any employee doesn't land a client project they are not able to accommodate him on any internal project. They don't believe in giving annual salary hikes. I have seen my teammates literally beg before the HR team explaining why they need a hike that financial year. Even when you don't have any work, be prepared to punch in 9 hours every working day.
