Pros

Great Pay and Beni's. No issues with expenses Old school partying sales team Management will do anything to get the deal across the line

Cons

If you are willing to put your reputation on the line, you won't have an issue working at SmartStream. You can make a lot of money, but at a cost. Most of the good talent has either left or been let go for not playing ball. Keep your contacts to yourself. I've witnessed Sales Execs handing over contacts and getting fired the next day. There is a reason why this company gets flipped every couple of years.
