-Had a great solution stack -Had great clients -Had a knowledgeable, successful, friendly, team based proactive staff -Nice looking office -Good benefits -Interesting international travel -Good financial tech exposure

-Senior management cannot distinguish between fact, fiction and vaporware. It relies on rumor and speculation to make decisions regarding the market, clients and employees. -Personal initiative is misunderstood and/or frowned upon. Especially in sales where it is essential. -Extreme turnover. Many competent personnel and clients have left and the best picked up by competition. -Clients and prospects are mishandled. Key new prospects are not followed up with or contacted promptly. Sales timing not respected or understood. -Cultural disconnect with markets they wish to penetrate.
