1.Worst Management(Dont listen your concern whatever you are talking about). If they decided anything about you , then there attitude never change whatever reason you are giving. 2.This is not employee friendly at all like HR policy are like 10 year old and not flexible. Infrastructure is worst like A/C not working, canteen is too small and there is no arrangement for food vendor. 3.They dont have process for requirement gathering as there requirement changes till it deployed on Production and there design any requirement properly. 4.It is depend on the Manager attitude whether they will hike or not. He is never consider what you have or not.
