I love my clients and what I do. I work with amazing girls!! And I'm continually learning!! Money is good on busy days. And seeing my clients happy is the best feeling ever!!

Cons

Not paid enough to do what's expected of us. I wanna do hair!! Not sell products all day!! And I'm not a manager so why am I doing paper work and trying to make a schedule work because others don't show up or wanna work.

Love the coworkers, we work together as a team and we dont mind helping on another when a problem arises.

Cons

Comission went from 40-50% retail from 10 to 5% and those damn coupons for haircuts on the back of walmart reciepts for 9.99 haircut as if making comission wasn't already hard enough.

Worked in salon in Walmart. Over worked. Had to do Mng. Duties and did not get paid for it.
