Pros
Hmm? Nothing good I can think of saying about it. Lots of things promised or implied, but not delivered. Most salons located in a mall, so there is some benefit of activities to watch.
Cons
Promised training, but didn't (could watch outdated or unrelated to area market cd's). Clientele minimal and cheap. VERY outdated computer register and bookkeeping. "Uniforms" take away people's individuality, especially in a creative environment where your trying to sell yourself and skills. Makes people feel cloned and low class. Small town midwest mentality. Create some excitement.
