You get to do a wide variety of services, and get to meet interesting people. As stressful as this job is I did enjoy meeting the clients that I did.

Cons

You will never get a saturday off, expect on working hard or you will make no money, and if you are not a favorite you will get the "slow times/non busy" times in the salon and make no money.

You will get paid minimum wage for the hours worked. If it's located inside WAL-MART, it allows you to have Walk-ins.

Cons

Being scheduled to work slow hours prevents you from receiving any commission.
