Owner knows nothing about the business and pays low salary. Because of this there is constant turnover.

Good starter job for new Stylists

Learn all aspects of hairstyling, the company has training and you learn all aspects of running a hair salon, you learn about products, they are following labour laws, it’s very clean and adheres to health and safety

Cons

You will give your life to them, and miss out on real life because you are married to your job
