Pros
So much to offer, unfortunately, it goes unrecognized and not taken advantage of. I’m an instructor and can say that these salons offer more than most. It’s all up to you to build and sell you. No one hands it to you on a silver platter. Put that negativity out of your mind and truly focus on all your given to work with.. you get what you give.
Cons
If your starting out or reentering the field, you will start where everyone starts...entry level. That’s not a con by the way. Your fortunate to have a back up pay and education and clientele at your hands to build from .
