It provides you with an opportunity to build clients and get established as a stylist.

Cons

They are unorganized as a company and always changing policies to make it beneficial for the company not the workers. You have to work a year to get vacation but you also lose your vacation on your anniversary date. They changed how they keep up with vacation time and most employees lost time and was never giving time back.
