Not many, really only things I can think of is sometimes decent foot traffic, large product line, good promotion prices on retail, I.e bogo 50% off

Cons

Subpar management, low pay, unrealistic goals so you rarely if ever meet commission, retail commission tied to service amounts so $400+ product sales in a week can still result in no commission. 4hr shifts at min wage

You will get paid minimum wage for the hours worked. If it's located inside WAL-MART, it allows you to have Walk-ins.

Cons

Being scheduled to work slow hours prevents you from receiving any commission.
