Where to start. Great idea, terrible product, terrible execution. CEO is an engineer, not a CEO. Sales is constantly promising things to clients and not delivering. Over selling and under-explaining to the agent that they will have to work this list to be successful. Most are too scared to say it. Management bases promotions and raises on favoritism. Everyday you learn new things that simply don't work or that the company doesn't not contractually fulfill. Most upper management has left. All talent is gone. This was a horrible mistake and ended up being a waste of my time. Off to a place where my stock may actually be worth something one day. I've seen quite a bit and the good days are behind them.
