Pros

Autonomy -- given the freedom and trust to put in the work that you are expected to do. Culture -- SmartZip is incredibly conscious of who they want to work with and represent their company. Good people that have a lot of fun working together, but also enjoy competing and out-doing one another -- as friends. Industry -- SmartZip is the pioneer in predictive analytics within the Real Estate industry. They have an industry-leading platform with proven results.

Cons

Prospecting Real Estate agents and brokers can be tough. Gotta put your nose in the dirt, but learn to speak their language. If you're in sales, you know when you are being sold.
