The environment at Smartzip is contagious. All of the people here work incredibly hard for the common goals of the company. Upper management is very open to suggestions and positive input. You can learn more in a few months working at a successful start-up like Smartzip than you can in years at any other company. Here at Smartzip, you're not just another cog in the wheel. I've never felt more valued as a part of a company before now.
