There almost isn’t anything about working here that isn’t a pro. Salary, check. Benefits, check. Amazing coworkers, check. Driven and communicative managers, check. The list really just goes on. The only thing you have to consider when deciding to work here is whether or not this is the industry for you. If it is, you can’t do better than Smartek21.

Work-life balance The work-life balance at Smartek21 is above average for the industry. Management do have high expectations, but they also respect our time outside of work and never make last-minute requests that eat into your personal time. Pay & benefits My pay and benefits are both decent. I just started out, so I expect this to improve as times goes on. But all things considered, I would say I received a fair package. The only thing I hope to see improved asap are the medical benefits. Job security and advancement I know that it’s a very competitive environment at Smartek21, but many of the employees have been with the company for years and they make it a point to always promote from within, so I would say both of these look good. Management The managers at Smartek21 are one of the company’s hidden gems. They balance employee interests and business interests exceedingly well from what I’ve seen this past year. I can’t imagine doing what they do. Culture Collaboration is encouraged and always an enjoyable experience.
